By participating in The Car Guys Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   a. The Program is open to individuals who have previously purchased a vehicle from The Car Guys or are existing customers.
   b. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted The Car Guys.

2. Referral Process
   a. To be eligible for a referral reward, the referred individual (“Referral”) must use your unique referral code or referral link before any initial contact or communication with The Car Guys.
   b. The Referral must mention or input the referral code or link during their first interaction with The Car Guys, either online or over the phone. Referrals who have already spoken to or engaged with The Car Guys prior to using the referral code/link will not qualify.
   c. The referred individual must complete the purchase or lease of a vehicle from The Car Guys to qualify for the referral reward.

3. Referral Rewards
   a. For each qualifying referral, the referrer will receive a reward equivalent to one month of their car payment, up to a maximum of $500 per referral.
   b. Rewards are subject to verification and will be issued within 30 days of the referred individual completing their purchase or lease.

4. Unlimited Referrals
   a. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make. You can refer as many individuals as you like, and rewards will be issued for each qualifying referral.

5. Reward Limits
   a. The maximum reward for each referral is capped at $500. If your monthly payment is less than $500, you will receive a reward equivalent to your monthly payment.
   b. If your monthly car payment is greater than $500, the reward will be limited to $500.

6. Modifications to the Program
   a. The Car Guys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
   b. Any changes to the Program will not affect rewards for referrals made prior to the modification date.

7. Fraudulent Activity
   a. Any fraudulent or unethical activity related to the Program, including but not limited to the use of false information, will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any rewards.

8. Taxes
   a. Referral rewards may be subject to applicable taxes. It is the referrer’s responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes on referral rewards.
